RDL STORE
All RDL Store orders are processed within 3–5 business days, with tracking information provided upon shipment. Shipping times vary by location, and the RDL Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
The RDL Store accepts returns and refund requests within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team to receive authorization and return instructions. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
